I’ve been shooting so many engagements and weddings lately, that it has been a while since I have just worked one-on-one with my subject! Because of that, this senior photoshoot with Allie was such a breath of fresh air!
This session with Abby might be one of my favorites this season. Abby is simply beautiful and she made this field of weeds and old barn the perfect backdrop. We shot at Buckeye Woods Park in Medina, Ohio. She wore this adorable mustard color dress that was the perfect contrast to the purple wild flowers. I think I said “YASS” close to fifty times during this shoot because she killed it! Her scarf and sweater were the perfect compliment to the trail for our second scene. I felt like I was shooting for American Eagle Outfitters! There are so many gorgeous shots, it was honestly difficult for me to narrow it down for this post.
Round two with Kaitlyn was nothing short of perfect. My first session with Kaitlyn was at Plum Creek Park in Brunswick, Ohio. It was a beautiful summer day. This session, however, was just as beautiful.
Meet Lexi, a 2018 senior from Medina High School. Lexi and I met at the Maria’s Field for Hope on Monday. The sunflower field, located in Avon, Ohio, started in 2014 to “draw attention to the lack of funding for childhood cancer.” The field is in honor of Maria McNamara who lost her life to cancer at the age of seven.
