Clara and Dan are married and had the most beautiful wedding at Rivercrest Farm in Dover, Ohio! Clara and Dan’s spring wedding brought so much color to the season, with their classic red and black color palette.

Clara and Dan met at Ohio Northern University where Dan was an RA in Clara’s building. They immediately hit it off and started dating less than a year later. Clara loves animals, and she especially loves going to the Zoo, so Dan took her to the Columbus Zoo for their anniversary! Per usual, Clara loved it. When they left the Zoo, Dan “spontaneously” told Clara that they should go to one of the Columbus Metroparks nearby to take a walk. Dan proposed at a bench overlooking the lake. She said “yes” and was surprised with a picnic with their closest friends!

Their wedding was the perfect blend of rustic and elegance. The barn at Rivercrest was decorated in greenery and red roses by Garden by the Gate Floral Design. They had little personal touches throughout their day that spoke to them as a couple. Clara’s bridesmaids wore stunning red satin dresses from David’s Bridal that were absolutely perfect next to her breathtaking gown from A Bride’s Design in Avon, OH.

Clara’s number one tip for any future brides is to have a supportive partner who is just as excited about the wedding as you are! Have fun and try to enjoy the planning! It will come and go quickly. Try not to stress too much, everything will end up perfect even if some things are perfect in an imperfect way.
